We’re hiring a Contracts & Procurement Specialist who wants professional stability, structured growth, and the opportunity to build a long-term career in contract administration.
You’ll step into an administrative role focused on reviewing contracts, evaluating policy compliance, coordinating contract workflows, and negotiating directly with suppliers. You’ll combine analytical review with active collaboration across Legal, IT, Finance, and Risk Management.

What makes you a great fit
• You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field
• You have at least 3 years of contract management or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• You’re comfortable reviewing contracts, evaluating compliance concerns, and communicating with vendors
• You value accuracy, organization, collaboration, and clear communication
• You have strong computer skills and are comfortable working with contract tracking systems
• You hold a valid Florida driver’s license
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $60,000–$75,000 annually
