We’re hiring a Contracts & Procurement Team Lead who wants operational leadership, career stability, and the opportunity to make a meaningful organizational impact.
You’ll step into an administrative leadership role supervising contract staff and guiding contract workflows across key departments. You’ll balance team oversight with vendor negotiations, contract administration, policy compliance, and collaboration with Legal, IT, and Finance.

What makes you a great fit
• You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field; Master’s Degree preferred
• You have at least 6 years of contract administration experience, including 2+ years in a senior-level role
• You’re comfortable supervising staff and negotiating directly with suppliers and vendors
• You understand contract workflows, organizational policies, and compliance requirements
• You value precise communication, collaboration, and team leadership
• You hold a valid Florida driver’s license
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $85,000–$110,000 annually
