We're seeking a supply chain professional who thrives on managing the end-to-end execution of customer orders while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, Product Development, China Operations, Supply Chain, warehouse partners, transportation providers, and customers.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys solving problems before they become issues. You'll play a critical role in ensuring products move accurately and on time while continuously improving operational processes and building strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

Primary Responsibilities

Order Management & Supply Chain Operations

  • Own the complete order lifecycle from pre-order planning through customer delivery for Domestic and POE orders.
  • Partner closely with Planning, Sales, Product Development, China Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure orders are entered accurately and executed on schedule.
  • Monitor order execution and proactively resolve issues related to delays, order accuracy, EDI transactions, routing requirements, and chargebacks.
  • Maintain customer routing guides, commercial documentation, and order documentation.
  • Coordinate customs clearance activities and customer pickup of POE containers.

Logistics & Third-Party Partner Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party warehouse (3PL) and transportation partners.
  • Monitor warehouse performance, inventory movement, and last-mile container flow from port to warehouse.
  • Resolve logistics issues independently while escalating critical concerns when appropriate.
  • Build strong relationships with logistics partners to maintain exceptional service levels.

Operational Excellence

  • Support Sales with new product launches and seamless customer order execution.
  • Maintain item master data, product dimensions, and operational records to ensure system accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance data integrity across supply chain operations.
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve inventory, systems, and operational issues.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone with experience in:

  • End-to-end customer order management
  • Supply chain operations and logistics coordination
  • Working cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, Operations, and Supply Chain
  • ERP systems REQUIRED (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
  • Third-party warehouse (3PL) and transportation provider coordination
  • Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Maintaining accurate operational data and system integrity

Preferred Experience

  • EDI transactions
  • Retail routing compliance and chargebacks
  • Import/export or POE operations
  • Consumer products, manufacturing, or distribution environments

What Makes You Successful

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple departments
  • Strong systems aptitude and analytical thinking

Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary of $70,000–$80,000, based on relevant experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes PTO, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
